TPM and Mentorship Training Project - Jan 2025
Within the framework of the TPM and Mentorship Training Program “Digital Hoop”, that took place in Spain from the 27th till the 28th of January by AMICS, the participants had the opportunity to discuss the projects actions that were implemented previously to the meeting and plan ahead, while having a chance to become familiar with the platform of the project.
During the Mentorship Training Programme they experienced a series of icebreaking and team-building activities and got an introduction to mentoring. During the first day’s sessions they understood the concept of mentoring and how they can improve and develop their skills and methods on mentoring youth, in order to become skilled mentors. Participants, got a chance to involve in experiential learning and create develop their own business plans, exploring the platform and getting more familiar with the concept of Social Business Model Canvas and all of its interactive features.
The second day of the project focused on more detailed business mapping, and creating a better understanding of the key components and how to assess an idea to into consideration the different opportunities and risks. The TPM and Training rounded up with a total evaluation and discussions about future use of the platform and how the mentors are going to apply their learnings into their Local Mentoring Program.
During the First Online Project Meeting, the partners gathered to discuss the following topics:
1) The contents of the research phase of the project: the best practices to collect, 10 for each partner;
2) International activities: all partners indicate
d the best period for the Transnational Project Meeting in Romania and the Training Course to be implemented in logo;
3) Project Management topics: the project budget and the timing of sending to the partners were discussed.
The second virtual project meeting took place at the end of January at 11:30 in the morning.
This meeting was quite important because the Project Coordinator, Education In Progress, was able to show both the situation of the project tasks to be carried out in the future and that of the tasks carried out up to that point, highlighting tasks not yet completed and indicating the new deadlines.
The topics of this Virtual meeting were:
Overview of all WP2 activities and state of the art on what has already been done. Focus on the next tasks;
Overview on CPDIS work regarding Communication Plan: comments and corrections. Overview on Dissemination activity by all partners;
Topic of project management: contract and task calendar.
During the month of June, at 11 am, all project partners took part in the virtual project meeting organized by the Education In Progress Project Coordinator.
The meeting had the following topics:
Project Activity: the status of the tasks related to the project Work Packages n° 2 and n° 3 has been assessed (situation and pending Tasks);
Dissemination: instruction for creation of website. Newsletter 1: translation and sending status.
Project management: instructions were given for the creation of the Timesheets and the collection of dissemination evidence in the folders dedicated to the partners. TPM dates confirmed in Romania.
In April, a virtual technical meeting was held between the Project Coordinator, Education In Progress, and the Partner project manager responsible for managing the website.
The topics of the meeting mainly concerned interventions to be carried out on the project website, relating to the improvement of the Homepage, the page dedicated to the presentation of project results, the partner presentation page, the contact section.
Finally, the two project managers agreed on the content to be created for the project news section, defining style and delivery deadlines.
TPM and ToT in Bucharest 21-24 October 2024
From October 21-24 in Bucharest, the Digital Hoop program team met for an inspiring training experience!
On the first day, partners met to discuss the program's progress, followed by three intensive days of workshops for youth trainers on social entrepreneurship and new technologies.
